Window that displays the files within torrent not coming up for me

I recently upgraded to v3.1.2

I checked the box for "Show a window that displays the files inside the torrent in advanced mode" within the UI settings, but every time I download a new torrent, that box never comes up.

Is there something else I must do or does my install have a glitch somewhere?

I have the Downloading, Seeding, etc column on the left then the window w/what I am actually downloading on the right of that & below that is the detailed info bar.

I'm having this exact same problem ever since downloading a newer version a couple of months ago and it's still there even when I got the latest version. Every thing is checked out and I still cannot get that old torrent folder choice / available space remaining on hard drive window. I get the really minimized version that gives me the location choice only. I'm not using magnet links.
