How to use Proxy ?

I know it's easy to say that

Options >Preferences >Connection....

But i want to use some proxy and they are not working :rolleyes:

anyone help me ??

is my selected proxy not work on torrent or i am doing wrong ?

uTorrent v 3.1.2
