"Queued" on single peers upload

Above is a screenshot of the oddness I've observing.

It says "Queued" all the time under uploads. Is it a bottleneck somewhere in my system or is it a setting in uTorrent that needs to be altered?

I have set all upload limits to 0 in the Bandwidth options.

This is normal behaviour. It's simply an outbound holding area of what the peer will get shortly.

You'll note the larger queues are generally because the peer is downloading from you faster.
