uTorrent 2.0 - Setup Guide test failure

uTorrent 2.0

When running the Setup Guide Bandwidth and Network test, Bandwidth fails and Network passes.

Having done a speed test, my upload is .37Mbps. so entered nearest above and below from the drop list and selecting London,UK. Failed

I'm using PeerBlock when running uTorrent, would this cause the Test failure or something else ???

I've used the latest version of uTorrent still no joy and gone back to V2.0 as most advise using the older version rather than the new.

Downloaded latest version 3.1.3 (build 26837) from here and installed, still same problem. ???

Try temporarily disabling peerblock and see what happens.
