Lost downloaded data with latest version

I have upgraded from v2.0 to the latest version and it appears some of the file I have been downloading with old version is missing. Where i had downloaded approx. 75% with old and now 25% with the new. Are there any files where they are lost ???

Ok,

Why have I lost some of my file I was downloading, when I updated to the latest uTorrent Version.

When I was using V2.0 I had downloaded some 22gb of 27gb, now with V3 it shows I've only downloaded 24% of the file. Which I think is wrong.

Any clues why the Versions differ or where the data maybe hiding going from the old to the new, now loosing the data already downloaded.

That kind of discrepancy indicates files got changed.

How by just updating to the latest uTorrent ?

Any clue of the name or type of file I should be looking for with downloaded lost data.
