Just courious about addresses being called on start up ??

When I start up u torrent calls :

89.28.115.198 (Type: outgoing, Port: 64686, Process: utorrent.exe)

89.28.115.198 (Type: outgoing, Port: 65475, Process: utorrent.exe)

89.28.29.57 (Type: outgoing, Port: 55201, Process: utorrent.exe)

89.28.115.198 (Type: outgoing, Port: 50170, Process: utorrent.exe)

They come back to this location. :

Organization: SC STARNET SRL

ISP: STARNET S.R.L

City: Chisinau

Country: Moldova, Republic of

State: Chisinau
