Beasly Posted March 22, 2012 Report Share Posted March 22, 2012 Preallocating the file took too much time doing so and timed out.It may be because you're downloading large files to a network drive or usb storage device with limited speed/space. Try changing Utorrent's download directory to the drive in which Utorrent is installed.ORYou can try running chkdsk on the drive you are downloading to and see if you are having any bad clusters errors! Ran chkdsk no problems change the folder where utorrent was downloaded to changed the files of where the torrents are being downloaded to?? I dont know what else to do!! PLEASE HELP????
