Per torrent/file Bandwidth Allocation upload limit too much hassle

Stop making us have to select again and again to get the upload limit down to 5kb's or less. We are going to go through the hassle if we want to select it down to levels we require so make make it easier and stop treating us like kids. It's such a slimy underhanded way of undermining user control seemingly in the name of wanting to keep torrent bandwidth up. Don't patronise your users.

Sorry to post with annoyance but I have seen this request before and nothing's been done about it. Plus I've been drinking..It's a simple bit of programming to change it. I've got important files to upload and if there's a big swarm I only need to put a little bit of bandwidth on them. You get it? Please do something about it.

If you don't like the dynamically-generated speed list, then that's what Preferences > Advanced > UI Extras > "Speed Popup List" option is for.
