DreadWingKnight Posted March 26, 2012 Report Posted March 26, 2012 Who is your internet provider? Are you using proxy settings?
Abuda Posted March 26, 2012 Author Report Posted March 26, 2012 ISP:Syrian Telecommunications EstablishmentSte.gov.syAnd I'm not using a proxy server.
DreadWingKnight Posted March 26, 2012 Report Posted March 26, 2012 It looks like they have implemented a proxy server set up to actively block torrenting if you've not set proxy settings yourself.
