Max Act Torrents 20

Max Act Downloads 5

Add 20 magnet links.

Wait for the active 5 to get the torrent file and start downloading the content.

Move any two or more of the "queued" magnet links up in the queue (any position between 1 and 5)

Causes uTorrent to go to NOT responding.

Reproducable in XP SP3 and Windows 7 64bit Ultimate.
