[3.1.3.26837] - Add torrent dialog forgets position

I just installed v3.1.3 after using v2.2.1. When I add a new torrent, the 'Add torrent' window remembers the size, but not the position. I constantly have to move it into view which is incredibly annoying.

Could you please fix this regression, or tell me how to fix this?

Same issue in v3.1 build 26671. Window comes up in the default position, which is kinda annoying when I've enlarged it to select from a long list of files. Didn't have this problem in whatever I was using on the old machine, v1.something.

Just looked to see if there's a "remember window position" setting, but don't see one offhand.
