Uploading speed problem

When I use utorrent after my downloads are done my upload speed drops dramatically, i have 4 torrents seeding right now and there only uploading at .5 kb/s I have a good internet connection downloads are usually 1 mb/s

My speed test in kilobytes is 2969.7 for download and upload is 304.9 kb/s

I have all my settings changed for this as well

Maximum upload rate: 242 kb/s

Maximum download 0 kb/s (unlimited)

Global number of maximum connections 561

maximum number of connected peers per torrent 224

Number of upload slots 7

For an example one of my torrents downloading here is the information in the info tab:

Time elapsed 1d 21h

downloaded 144 mb

Uploaded 31.0 mb

Upload speed 0.00 (avg 201 b/s)

wasted 280kb

Seeds 0 of 0 connected (33 in swarm)

Peers 0 of 0 connected (1 in swarm)

The port im using is not blocked by firewall i checked using the utorrent setup guide and using other sites port checker I do not have random port on startup selected

Any help would be much appreciated

Just noticed something.

Seeds 0 of 0 connected (33 in swarm)

Peers 0 of 0 connected (1 in swarm)

Chronically overseeded torrent. Nothing can be done or tweaked to solve the problem.

Thanks. What would you suggest to keep my ratio up in private sites? I seed 24/7 already
