mcaspi
Run the Setup Guide, manually enter there your UPLOAD speed with your ISP and save. Start reading user manuals.

mcaspi
You need to set up uTorrent. Use the "Help" on the top left side of uT and see to to set it up. As for the upper test, ignore it and MANUALLY enter there your UPLOAD speed with your ISP, then save. Obviously it is saved on your computer. Would you be more polite by trying to solve your problems by yourself first, before wasting other users time on issues that are already documented? DreadWingKnight
Well, the fact that there's a dedicated section of the forums for speed issues, coupled with the fact that there's a sticky thread in that forum with specific instructions for your situation that you apparently haven't followed reflects as bad on you as mcaspi's attitude may or may not reflect on him.
