Completed download file does not move automatically

Here my Preferences in Directories:

Put new downloads in: D:\Download\uTorrent

Move completed downloads to: D:\Download\uTorrent\[downloaded]

Bug: When torrent contain only one file (for example : FileName.ext), the file doesn't move to the folder after downloaded.
