Utorrent, Will Not work.

Hi Utorrent for some time has been staying running when i close it, which really didnt bother me that much i would just kill it in Task manager, However just recently it started taking 5 or so minuites just to open it did this approx 3 or 4 times, and now crashes/Bugs out at start with this

I am on

Win 7 Home 64bit Sp1 all updates

16gb DDR3 1600mhz

i7 2600k @ 4.0ghz

I have tried disable all antivirus, ending most non critical processes, uninstall and wipe of all old utorrent files, beta installl a system restore to when it was working and many other suggestions i have seen for similair problems posted not long ago.... This is seriously a huge Mind F***k For me Pls PLssss Help!

Omfg Dont worry just Solved it

This advice fixed the issues i was having it now load up instantly Not to mention closes instantly aswell, I advise anyone having similair issues to try this advice, it seems alot of ppl had the same "unable to allocate memory" Problem, Can anyone explain to me why deleting the settings.dat file solved this?? seems like a strange issue
