SRG ZEUS X Posted April 6, 2012 Report Share Posted April 6, 2012 I never had this problem before but all of a sudden now when i first turn on the program it takes a bit to jump up to 1mb/s then it will sit around that and drop all the way to 4k/s if i turn off the program and turn it back on it will do it that sometimes but mostly now it just downloads at 4. please someone help this never happened to me i always been able to download at full. crizie Posted April 6, 2012 Report Share Posted April 6, 2012 Click on start button and in search bar write ( %appdata%\utorrent ) when it opens the utorrent directory delete the file named settings.dat.old and settings.old.. after deleting them restart the utorrent it will work perfectly fi9 and normal mode..
