Xtractor*
Downloading is not the problem, I use firefox latest edition 12 to download, it downloaded well and complete. Running the file is the issue. it can not run or execute, it leaves you with the text, .exe is not a valid Win32 application
DreadWingKnight
It doesn't matter what you're using to download, try something else. You're getting an incomplete file.

Beasly
If you are sure the downloaded .exe file is not corrupt and your virus app. is not interferring then try fixing file association of .exe or check your filesystem for errors.
Xtractor*
Thanks dreamwingknight and Beasly for helping resolve this issue. Download manager: getright helped resolve the issue. Like dreamwingknight said, it was not downloading complete. With getright download manager, it downloaded complete and installed. This issue is thereby resolved. Thanks
