How to move both data and torrent (once finish download) to new places

As stated,

I know there is somewhere for setting up moving data (files) to a new location.

But if, for example,

I want to download a file called "file1"

I click the torrent

Before download,

I assign file1 to be stored in the folder file1

But is there somewhere I can move the torrent along with the file?
