Need to Force Start Twice with Scheduler Enabled

Hi Everyone,

I am experiencing a problem where in I have to force start torrents twice:

-The scheduler is enabled, and it is a time where torrents should 'Turn Off'.

-I add a torrent from, for example, a magnet link.

-The torrent is added to my queue with the status 'Queued', as I would expect as per the scheduler's settings.

-I right click on the torrent and select to force start. The torrent appears to start downloading, and the status changes to '[F] Downloading 0.0%', and a 'trickle' of a transfer rate (0.1-0.2kB/s) appears in the 'Down Speed' column.

-After approximately one minute, the torrent automatically changes it's status to 'Stopped 0.0%'.

-I can then right click on the torrent and select to force start again.

-The torrent then changes status back to '[F] Downloading 0.0%' and continues to download until completion as expected.

This problem is 100% repeatable. I am using uTorrent 3.1.3 (build 26837) [32-bit] on Windows 7 Ultimate x64.

Any advice on how I might be able to about troubleshooting this issue (is there any logging or debugging I can enable?) would be greatly appreciated.
