Program running, but no window comes up

According to my task manager, utorrent runs when I start up the application, but other than that nothing happens. I had to delete everything myself because I had the same problem when trying to uninstall it, uninstall would be running but the program doesn't come up. Now I can't even reinstall it because after it asks me if I want to run the .exe file I have the same problem: nothing happens but task manager says it's running.

I'm at a loss, this has never happened before. Any and all help will be greatly appreciated.
