What Does A Local Networking Problem Has Closed The Connection Mean?

I got this when I tried to run the setup test and didnt see anywhere where this comes up in the FAQ.And how do I fix it where I can use the setup test?

Usually it means that you have internet security software that isn't playing nice.

I dont even know what Internet security I have other than Windows Micrsoft Security Essentials, CCleaner, Malware Antibytes, and thats it :/

Try disabling one by one and see when and if your error appears.

For Malwarebytes and Windows Micrsoft Security Essentials right click each in the your notification area (bottom right next your your clock) and diable real time protection for both programs..

OR

better yet go into each of your virus/malware programs settings mentioned above and totally disable each on windows startup and reboot...

Ok I basically stopped the process of Security Esstentials seems to have worked :3

Now try adding add utorrent.exe to the program exception list of Micrsoft Security Essentials.
