New utorrents builds freezing in taskbar windows 7 ultimate x64

hi guys i noticed a freezing problem with utorrent in win 7 x64 in the latest builds. utorrent seems less responsive, takes lots time to open and sometimes it takes lots of memory in the taskbar (900k???). Also it freezes in the taskbar when open for lots of time, cant even right click or double click the icon to open it.Need to open taskbar and kill process. This happened in 3.1.3.27092 and now in 3.1.3.27095, i think it happened in earlier 3.1.3.27xx builds too.

has anyone been having the same problem?

please fix it guys, keep up the good work

edit: tried rafi post where he says too disable ipv6 and nat/upnp to avoid freezes, no luck, problem continues. disabled avast av but no luck also.
