TIMwilliams Posted April 21, 2012 Report Share Posted April 21, 2012 Due to problems beyond my control, my hard drive had to be re-formatted and then every programme re-installed. As a consequence on my external drive I have multiple unfinished downloads. Some are ages old and I not even sure what the original torrent was.As utorrent was re-installed only a few weeks ago is there some way I can identify and continue with these incomplete torrents or am I going to have to try and find the original thread and re-download and force file recheck when initiated. ThAnnn Posted April 21, 2012 Report Share Posted April 21, 2012 If you have the HASH of the torrent, then you can simply google it, and you'll find that torrent.If you don't have the HASH, I would think the only way would be to manually do a search for the torrents exact name either on google or a torrent searching site.To my knowledge Utorrent won't find missing torrents from the web on its own, maybe if it did have the hash then it could but I am not exactly sure how it handles that.
