neuromancer77 Posted April 23, 2012 Report Share Posted April 23, 2012 Hi folks,i have installed the latest uTorrent 3.1.3 on Windows 7 x64. I have two accounts: an Administrator account and a normal user. Now uTorrent needs administrative privileges if i start it from the normal user account.
