Not seeding at fast speed

So for the last 2 months or so im not able to seed at a fast speed, i used to be able to seed at almost 1MB/s but now it only gets to around max 20KB/s if that. even on a file with 300 seeds and over 400 peers, and many peers connected to me its seeding at 0.5KB/s.

Network status is green "OK" so im not sure what the issue is here? is there a setting i can change, or able to reset utorrent settings without losing my seeding torrents?
