sossaurous
My download has about 5000 seeders to 550 peers. When I open my torrent program the download starts as usual at around 2-3mb/s but after 5 seconds it goes down to 9.3kb/s specifically and stays there and doesn't move. It was working fine yesterday, why is it not working now? Thanks
monkeysonparole
I have the exact same problem. When I open uTorrent the download speed is fine for a few minutes, and then it crashes down to ~9.5 kb/s and stays there until I close it down and wait a bit.It doesn't seem to download from the moment where it crashes until it reaches 9.5 kb/s either, cause when I reopen uTorrent it's back to the same percentage it started on. nothappyjan
I have also the exact problem. Thought it was my ISP since it was fine before May 20th. May 21st now in Australia and still having problems. When I open the uTorrent it is fine downloading at max speed for about 1min or 2mins then it throttles down to below 10kbps.. the more torrents I activate the 10kbps shares between them all. Tried playing with some settings but doesnt fix it. At wits end, I switched over to qTorrent and its working 100% again.please fix this issue as I really love uTorrent and have many queued and partial downloads I rather not restart. spikehell
i believe that is a build issue, i have the same problem too.

lostragio
yeah, same problem (I'm italian) since yesterday (may 21st). I've tried everything, but it seems nothing works. I hope it's just a client problem and utorrent crew release a update ASAP. My torrents start as usual, reaching about 400 kb/s, but suddenly it slows at 10 kb/s.keep me updated if someone finds a solutionthanks
Beasly
It would be a little more helpful for the devs and mods to know what version/build of uTorrent, pc specs, wired/wireless, etc. at the time of the problem.
lostragio
Hi, I'm using 3.1.3 utorrent version, built no. 27207, with a wireless dsl 8 Mbit connection: is that helpful? thanks. Until May 19th it works perfectly: I really don't know what happened..
scur
I was getting this too, and believe it's because I was trying to download a torrent that is on a list of some sort with my ISP. I spent the afternoon trying to download it for a while, then taking it off and downloading other things. After several back and forths it seems as though that was the issue, since it proved true every time.
theullrich
Having same problem. porgupojad
Same problem. Like 5h ago i was DL'in with 1.3MB/s. All was cool. Added new torrent. after like 1 minute drops to 9-10kb/s. Things i tried:Other PCOther torrents from other seeders/websites,Common suggestions about uTP and stuffOther version, DL'in new version. Disabled applemobiledevice or w/eOther Ports,Firewall completely oddRouter restart. Nothing has worked. Strange is that i didnt restart either of the PC's and both of em got the same prob at the same time.Tho everything else is fine (like using steam DL'er, other torrent client etc)
porgupojad
I think i found a solution for it. I removed all my torrents from completed (even the ones i wasn't seeding anymore, and only right click-remove so the files are actually in my computer). Now everything is ok again. abcfgt544redse
i just deleted all unworking trackers and i got speed up to 220 kbs.
jswal
I've had this problem on and off for a while now, the only thing I've noticed is changing priorities on individual files or prioritizing by file order screws something up. It gets stuck at 10kb/s and won't change even after reopening the program, a restart is necessary. Please fix this problem.Utorrent 3.1.3 27220
