annoying bug preventing download from finishing

I am running uTorrent 2.2.1 with "preallocate all files" AND "append !ut to incomplete files" enabled and ALOT of the time ( like 60-80% of the time) if a file has MANY, FAST, seeders I have noticed that, all of a sudden, in my downloads folder, there appears a COMPLETE version of the file I am D/Ling and my download stops (sometime around then, not too sure about EXACT timing,)until I recheck it, then the finished copy goes away and turns back into a !ut file. this does not EVER happen to a file that has FEW seeds, even if the speeds are the same (my max D/L speed or less, dont seem to matter.) This was happening last week {Mon/Apr16} AND this week, Monday (apr 23 2012) I formatted my HDD and reinstalled windows (just a maintenance thing, been 12 months) on Sunday, 22 apr, so I dunno what's goin on, is on both installs. none of my uTorrent settings travelled. I got British Columbia Telus ISP, if htat helps. if my logger said anythig useful, Id post it, it only shows "too many pex msgs" bans.

new downloads go to d:\downloads, store .torrents in d:\downloads\torrent, .torrents for finished jobs moved to d:\downloads\torrent\DONE
