RSS > torrent is not valid bencoding!

Hi,

Since a week ago, I keep receiving this error when I chose Download from a Feed.

If I chose Open URL in Browser and click download there, the torrent works ok.

Message: "Unable to load "xxx": torrent is not valid bencoding!"

Feed URL: http://kat.ph/search/fringe%20720/?rss=1

Version: uTorrent 3.1.2 (build 26773) [32-bit]

Any idea ?

RSS feed doesn't direct link torrents.

Sorry I don't undertand your comment.

Two weeks ago, when I click-right the item on RSS feed, utorrent shows me a download option.

And that was working ok. The torrent started to download without redirect anything.

Now a message error appears.

Something has changed. And now it is not working.

I am software developer, so my guess is the RSS provider (Kiss-ass) has changed something and uTorrent has to adapt to this.

the RSS provider HAS changed something, and given how long uTorrent has behaved the way it does, there's NO excuse for an RSS provider to change the way kat did.

i have noticed my kat rss has stopped working too. does anyone have an idea of how to make this work again?

Get KAT to fix their feed so it direct links torrents instead of linking info pages.

ah ha, i just looked on their forum and indeed they changed their feed for rss to have links to torcache, so now everything is broken, pretty annoying for sure. thanks for confirming the problem.
