Auto stop when Seed ratio reached

Hi,

I want to be able to give back as much as I get, so I want to be able to leave my received torrents seeding.

What I also want to do is look after my internet usage.

When I finish downloading a torrent, it is automatically moved to a new folder, so i know it is complete.

While it is in that folder, it carries on seeding.

Is there a way - preferably in easy to follow steps - that I can automatically move my downloaded torrents, once they have reached a 1:1 ratio (I hope that means I've uploaded as much of it as I downloaded) to another folder which is not available for seeding - that way I know I can move that torrent to wherever it needs to be on (or off) my computer?
