[Question] uTorrent Blocked at College

Hello everyone,

Recently I tried running uTorrent at college and I noticed that all none of my programs and softwares (MSN, XFire, mIRC, uTorrent, etc.) are allowed to use internet... Which means I cannot use uTorrent at college (I thought this might happen but still had to try it).

Anyway, does anyone know how to allow uTorrent to use internet again?

I heard it might work with a VPN (Virtual Private Network) like CyberGhost or maybe it would work with HotSpot Shield. Can anyone confirm it?

Please, if you know a way to use it, tell me.

Oh and if you guys think the VPN solution works, please only suggest free ones: I don't want to pay for a VPN.

Me too I cant download use torrent.. and I have limitation,, if I download any file larger than 200Mb it would say no download big files on 08.00 till 16.00

then I use torrent no connection could works...
