My ISP has been throttling me due to use of torrents.

I am running Mac OS X Lion Fully Updated. Also Running uTorrent v1.5.13 (26628).

I would like to set up a proxy service so I don't get boged down to 56k every time I try to download Ubuntu and other similar open source torrents.

In the older versions of uTorrent it was possible to edit this information and set up a Socks Proxy... In the newest version I am unable to find these settings Preferences> Options. Everything seems to be set up for limited use. Please advise!
