Top pixel of percentage value is cut off in the download bar

I'm using uTorrent 3.2 Beta (build 27138) on Win7 64-bit.

Starting with uTorrent 3.x the top part of the percentage value in the download bar is cut off. This makes it hard to read the percentage. Version 2.x did not have this problem.

Here is a screenshot that shows the problem. The number should say 37.1%, but as you can see the top pixel is cut off.
