Some help, please, with connections issue

I need some help. My uTorrent client is displaying a message that I have "no incoming connections". The icon which is normally green is yellow. Before this, I had a more serious mesage, but adjusted a setting in my firewalll connections I thought would rectify the situation. The adjustment apparently didn't work.

I am not a computer whiz, and would appreciate some help with this from someone who works at or on behalf of uTorrent and really knows this program's functionality.
