Error saying file is being accessed by something else...

...when it obviously isn't and it's only being accessed by utorrent on my machine.

I'm not sure if the error below is caused by my machine or one of the seeds/peers:

[2012-05-12 10:40:13] Error: Queen.Discography.Flac - The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.

Error above is preceded by this line:

[2012-05-12 10:40:12] Error opening "C:\Users\use\Downloads\Queen.Discography.Flac\Queen - A Day At The Races (1976) [FLAC]\02 - You Take My Breath Away.flac":

(though it could be any file/folder)

Though I force re-check the file after a few minutes to a few hours the error comes back up again.

Looks like you have a media indexer misbehaving.

Could be...I just closed a media player. Thing is I've downloaded other music torrents when listening to finished ones. I'm just gonna punish something to be safe.

I just turned off a media booster. (Pando Media Booster - which installs during a download of nexon.net's games to probably speed up it's download)[<---- I'm guessing it's probably this which is misbehaving]

EDIT: well it seems that wasn't the issue...it still does it. What programs index media? (It's probably the Microsoft indexer, isn't it?)

Using Bittorrent and it downloads just fine without the file being accessed by another process error...seems like I spoke too soon, I just got that stupid error again...though the download lasted longer than the last time.

In Bittorrent I downloaded a file smaller in size completely without a single file being accessed by another process error...So I can tell it's probably not on my end...if it were I'd be getting that error on all my downloads.

I have a theory to why this download is doing this: It could be one of the seeds using one of the files in another program with a media indexer causing an error on their end. Or it could be the size of the download.

Just going to bump up my problem since I edited the post above with more info.

I'm getting tired of having to recheck downloads just to have it do it all over again (force recheck download) after a while of it downloading fine.

Even excluding the directories from the indexing doesn't help...still gives that stupid error...more often now. In Bittorrent, if it still occurs in there I suspect that utorrent will still give the error as well.

The big torrent(s) I'm downloading are still giving me the file is being accessed by another process error. (In BitTorrent, though I suspect uTorrent will give me the same exact error.)

I'm wondering what other programs can cause this issue or if something on a seed/peer's side is to blame.

If there are other programs with indexers that conflict with BitTorrent/uTorrent, the conflicting programs part of the help window needs to be updated.

Antivirus is Kaspersky. - Just giving this anyway

To the person I assume Firon was replying to: I notice that Dell Datasafe thing...it's running Norton Online Backup (I'm not a big fan of norton)...I wonder if that could also be conflicting. Also: Find a different antivirus/firewall application as I'm also not a fan of using McAfee. (although I was almost forced into getting that or Norton AV during a sale on Antivirus softwares during some sort of tax time sale [buy anything tax related and get a discount on softwares])

I still haven't got a clear answer to my question: If there are any other programs that conflict with uTorrent/Bittorrent, what are they? (Other Search indexers that may cause a conflict)

...as I was typing this a download just gave that "'torrent name' - The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process." error. (in Bittorrent...I'm assuming this may or may not happen if I reinstall utorrent and download that torrent there too.)
