Scanning all files in the list before starting a torrent

Several versions before (3.1.3), if uTorrent was opened by downloaded file from the web, a window with properties of starting torrent would poped up immediately. Now, you have to wait untill uTorent scan all torrent files in the list. If you have 500-1000+ files there, it takes a lot of time.

It happens when you start uTorrent only.

I have tested beta 3.2 and alpha 3.3. It works the same way in all versions. 3.3 alpha scans torrents in the list faster. However, you need to wait a lot still.
