Funny behavior of utorrent

Hi there, my system is WinXP SP3 ,Windows Firewall disabled, AVG Firewall adequately configurated , have an static IP and my router is portforwarded so my private trackers can see me.

My upload speed is in the order of 12KBps (I know it is crappy, but is all I have) so following advices setup in 10KBps,besides have DHT off .

I really like utorrent and have upgraded from 1.8 until the last version 3.1.2 and each new version has advantages over the previous,but lately I'm only uploading and seeding, trying 24/7 and always have this funny utorrent behavior ,when through some time I cannot get a steady behavior of utorrent. (I mean always the green check) .

Suddenly when sometimes I start Windows my settings for have utorrent minimized at the right hand dissapears and is the damned yellow triangle at the lower right corner.

Does anybody of you dear gentlemaen have any advices to me?. I tryed to seed only one torrent at the time,but it means nothing, change listening ports,but no avail ..

Hope one of you have pity of me and give some tip to follow.

The 3.1 series is really buggy, try updating to the latest 3.2 beta version and see if you still get problems, if you do then try the 3.3 version. Various users who have had problems with the 3.1 have found that one or the other of the aforementioned versions have worked for them and I believe there will be a 3.2 stable version released quite soon.
