dule2311
Hello.I have an internet conection 10/10..Everytime i start utorrent, download speed of any torrent comes up to about 7 MB/s,but then instantly drops down under 500 kB/s,sometimes even on 0. Utorrent version is 3.1.3 and i believe that is the latest version.I download torrents from Slovenian site www.partis.si.Before I didnt have these problems only the speed was max 1,9 MB/s but it was always downloading with that speed. Now with the latest version there is a problem.I checked that there are no speed limits for download or upload. Also the uploud speed is very poor for each torrent, max 100 kB/s..Can someone help me please, because it takes too long to download enything now.Thank you. Mac-the-Knife
I would suggest trying the latest 3.2 beta version and see if it is any better, if not then try the 3.3 alpha version. The stable 3.1.3 version appears to have an enormous amount of issues and I believe a 3.2 stable version will be out fairly soon. To find the latest versions just click the index tab on this page, then go into announcements and you will see them there.
NASO
Same problem here. I have two pc's at home, one W7 and other XP, and only the w7 pc have this issue, so the problem is not from the isp. I installed the 3.2 version and the problem persists.Need help.

DreadWingKnight
It can probably be solved by fixing your internet security rules or your uTorrent settings.
NASO
Change what exactly? I tried almost everything from the sticky topics, and nothing so far. One thing that i noticed, is that in my case before the speed drop, the torrents turn red, and some times don't stay that way, without gaining more speed, or with constantly dropping and raising speed. Firon
Make sure ALL UDP and TCP traffic is allowed. Make sure DHT is enabled in the client too (it is by default).

Make sure DHT is enabled in the client too (it is by default).I checked router management page and the UDP and TCP traffic is allowed for the port used by utorrent.
