Phantom File Downloading but Not In List

I am currently using version 3.2 build 27399 32-bit and was using whatever latest beta prior to that on Windows 7 64-bit Retail. What happened was I had clicked a Magnet Link and up popped the box asking to allow the magnet link. In the meantime uTorrent popped up another box asking me if I wanted to upgrade to the latest version so I clicked Yes. I then clicked the other Magnet Link box to allow the Magnet Link before uTorrent restarted thinking I wanted to get it in the que before uTorrent reinstalled. After the upgrade to the latest version, the torrent is not under any list (Downloading, Seeding, Completed, Active, Inactive) and is not named under the Name/Size/Statues/Etc... columns. If I mouse over the system tray it shows (1) downloading and the transfer rate. I have have exited uTorrent thus closing the program and re-opened it. I have used Task Manager to make sure only 1 instance is running. I have killed the process then restarted. I have tried re-clicking the Magnet Link again (which only asks to then add trackers to the existing torrent) and I have downloaded the actual .torrent file and opened it (which only asks to then add trackers to the existing torrent as well). Nothing makes the torrent file show up in the list. So how can I see the phantom torrent file so I can see & remove it without completely uninstalling uTorrent and reinstalling?

Upgraded to build 27430 and the torrent still wouldn't show up in the list. Uninstalled uTorrent (keeping preferences), reinstalled from utorrent.com and it still wouldn't show up. Uninstalled again blowing away preferences and then reinstalled and then the slate was clean and re-added the torrent file.

I am using Windows 7 64-bit with uTorrent 3.2 (build 27547) and am experiencing the same issue. I've gone through several different sections and quite a few pages, and have found no solutions. If I haven't looked hard enough or if this has been answered in another topic please feel free to direct me to the right place.

Have you selected the Torrents category (not the sub-category), sorted the list the Added column? It may be at the top or bottom of the list depending on your sort order. Different versions had the magnet in the Seeding sub-category (for me), now with RC* they seem to be in the Downloading sub-category. You could check-out the last RC and give it a try. Remember there were (and are) some changes being made on how magnets are handled.
