Phyroson
I have recently formated my pc and installed Windows 7 Ultimate x64 edition. When I open uTorrent it only takes a few minutes, usually around 10 and then my computer freezes, can i get some help? Thanks in advance.

Phyroson
I'm running a Desktop pc Intel Core Quad CPU Q9300 @ 2.50GHz 4.00 GB RAMAMD Radeon HD 6700 SeriesOperating system is Windows 7 x64 Ultimate SP1. As for programs installed since I just formated there is only VLC, Chrome, CCleaner, Skype and League of Legends.Antivirus: Avira Free Antivirus, K9 Web Protection.Tried using last version of uTorrent 3.1 and x64 version, also tried using other torrent platforms such as BitTorrent and Vuze. Got the same result, Vuze wouldnt even start downloading, uTorrent just freezes the system after a few minutes of runing.
Andreasvb
Then it's nothing to do with µTorrent.Try uninstall any extra firewalls and maybe antivirus as well.I recommend Microsoft Security Essentials, works good for me (I now use Windows 8 RP, but same engine).
