uTorrent stops by itself!

I'm Trik boom

and I have a real problem.

Recently I downloaded uTorrent 3.1.3,

and I started to download.

But once I found a problem:

Now the torrent is started, and did the next

to 300 kb / s, growing, but about

After 10 seconds it stopped, saying "error, access denied".

And the 'only way to continue the download was to use the function

"start".

What can I do?
