fmj77
I have a Zoom 3G travel router that I use on occasion to tether my phone in places where wi-fi is unavailable. Utorrent always fails to connect (log in) when tethering with this router. I have UPnP checked in Utorrent and in the router's settings but still no luck. Utorrent works fine on my home network and when tethering my phone with PDAnet so I know the problem has to be a setting with the travel router. Any help is appreciated. Kitsoran
Are you tethering your cellphone to a travel router that uses cellular internet?I'm guessing you mean in the status bar, so DHT not going so well. Sounds like ISP dicking about. Does torrenting work?
fmj77
I don't think it's my ISP because utorrent works with a usb tethering app that I got from the Google Play store. Just doesn't work when I'm connected with that router. Do I need to do port forwarding maybe?
jbebad
fmj77: Yes. I am suprised you would think that if you changed routers you would not need to setup portforwarding on the new router.

Just making sure that UPnP was checked in the router's settings and in utorrent has worked fine except with this travel router.
