jbebad
Is uTorrent listed in the Task Manager? Did you check your settings.dat? Is it large (search forum for info)? Which latest version are you talking about? RC, alpha, 3.13? Which? Do you see the icon when you push the hidden icons button on windows manager? Try to provide more info. MagicOllie
Alright, I found some old threads which adressed the same problem:THE SOLUTION TO THIS PROBLEM IS THIS (just like the post before said)1. COPY AND PASTE: %appdata%\utorrent TO ANY OPEN WINDOWS EXPLORER WINDOW IN THE LOCATION BAR.2. DELETE THESE TWO FILES:settings.datsettings.dat.oldI did this too. But the strange thing is that i can only find the "settings.dat.old", and not the other one. very strange.Help me please?K r ,MagicOllie
MagicOllie
I also tried to install vuze and bittorrent. None of those work either. I 've done a full scan with Malwarebytes and Avast, but no virus was found. I'll keep up the good work and search.MagicOllie
