High download then under 10 kB/s

Hello all,

Im using uTorrent for a long time now and never had any problems untill now.

I'm trying to download something and at the start it shoots to 3000 kB/s and then decreasing very fast to under 10 kB/s.

I've done the test included with uTorrent and he sad everytihing is oke.

Upload 2.5 Mbit/s and download 45.4 Mbit/s

Network and router is set correctly.

If tried multiple torrents even with a lot of seeds but still this problem.

Hope someone can help me.
