RSS Downloader not Auto downloading

The RSS downloader does not seem to be working. I was useing version 3.12 and 3.1.3. Here are my settings:

]Was just doing a test with Judge Judy because i know it was in the feed.

I am having the same problem with TV shows that do not have Season X Episode X formats, but instead have the date in the title. I have not found a fix for this problem yet. Seems to be isolated to that title format only. Any help will be great.
