Uploading does not work or extremly slow

Hi,

I've followed several guides on this problem including the sticky one here ( https://forum.utorrent.com/viewtopic.php?id=74820 ) on speed issues.

I've disabled my firewall (avast) , opened a port on the router (Netgear WNR2000) (even though it's fairly new and I assume supports portmapping). Downloading works fine and gives alright speeds. I have 100/10 or 100/100 one of those not sure. I have windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit. uTorrent 3.1.3. My ISP is Tele 2.

I have a torrent right now that states (I have downloaded 86%);

Sources: 0 of 0 connected (1 in swarm)

Clients: 16 of 88 connected (86 in swarm)

Yet I only get 0 in upload speed or 1kb/s at the most... Please help! My ratio is like 0..
