Download Speed Problem!!!

Yesterday I tried to download a few movies with the highest seeds but it just stays at 0.1kb/s or 0.6kb/s.

My net speed is 8mpbs and usually the speed goes to 850/900 kb/s. I tried to reboot my Mac and reset my router but nothing worked:( .I have been using utorrent for the past two years and this is the first time that happend.I downloaded Vuze and Bitorrent same problem.What do I do??:(

My software is 10.7.3
