blungas
I have some speed issues in regards to seeding and uploading. I am not referring to overseeded torrents or popular torrents, but to ones that I have uploaded and that I am the sole seeder. The highest rate I've ever witnessed thus far has been around the 10kb/s and this has been intermittent and RARE.My download speed is fine (clearly depending on the amount of seeders etc.)I've done the speed testhere are the results and they sound pretty crappy.Download speed average ......116.5kB/sUpload average speed ......96kB/sAny advice would be welcome.PS, I'm seeing approx. 130 torrent files although only 20 have any activity round the 0 .6 k/sport is openfirewall not blockingMy main concern is with ratio and private trackersMy upload speed is embarrassing...I would settle for 20k/s......HELP
amber89
Possibly. 1st, u probably should post this in troubleshooting.Assume u did several speed tests & took avg of D/L & U/L speeds? Then ran the uT setup guide Wizard (also assuming the speeds it shows in testing are close to other speed tests you do)? In general, the uT setup wizard will never enter #s that allow dozens of d/l or u/l files or seeding files to run at once. Unless you have incredibly high bandwidth.Another thing can try is uncheck "apply rate limit to UTP connections."In addition to running uT setup, there's a sticky in forums on best practices w/ some suggestions.Download speed average ......116.5kB/sUpload average speed ......96kB/swhat is your ISP's advertised speed for your service, like in Mbits/s?Unless you've got 1.0 Mbps d/l service (or lower), your speeds are pretty low.
