Teodicea Posted July 22, 2012 Report Share Posted July 22, 2012 Dear all, I've just moved in a new student complex and I found out that µTorrent doesn't work: it is not able to find any peers for any files that I'm trying to download but other programs like Jdownloader are working withut any problems. Some ISPs throttle / block torrent activity.Can try setting under Bittorrent section, to force it to use encrypted outgoing.Try UNchecking allow incoming legacy (unencrypted files).They won't be able to see WHICH files you're D/L, but there may be a data cap.
