Windows 8: Apps not working. + possible reason

Greetings,

I have been using Windows 8 for the last couple of months. Windows 8 is my main OS, uTorrent is my main torrent client.

I have had this problem for the last couple of months, as time went buy I taught it would be fixed, it has not been fixed.

uTorrent apps is not working.

Could it be because it uses internet explorer as its browser kinda or something and with windows 8 the IE thing is all twisted around.

I also checked uTorrent beta and its the same, I have googled and found nothing.

Please fix this.

Windows 8 is not at a sufficient release level to be a target platform for development at this time.
