Can't connect on university network anymore

Hello all,

I cannot connect on my university's guest network anymore with utorrent, though internet browsers, etc connect fine. uTorrent's network tests time out and won't connect; I also received a message about UPnP/NAT-PMP being disabled.

I imagine they changed a setting or something to disallow torrenting, and obviously I don't have access to their router settings.

Is there any workaround that will allow utorrent to connect to the network again, like my browsers can?
